Client Experience Officer:

We are looking for a licensed experienced insurance customer service representative to connect with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, setting expectations, and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products. You may also be required to review a customer’s policy and direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.

To ensure success as a client experience officer, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing policy information.

 

Responsibilities for the Client Experience Officer:

  • Onboard new clients, advise them to keep an eye out for docs needing to be e-signed
  • Emphasize the self-service expectation to new clients
  • Set up GloveBox for new clients/send email invite, walk client through how to use the app (request policy docs, submit service requests, etc.)
  • Monitor policy issuance. Ensure that no additional information is needed to get policies issued in a timely manner

Qualifications for Client Experience Officer:

  • Must be licensed in the state
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Meet state continuing education requirements
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills
  • Attention to detail

Flex Agent

We are looking for a part time licensed insurance professional to help build our client base. As a flex agent, this is a great starting position into a career as an insurance producer. you will implement marketing strategies to develop a strong network of prospective clients. You will develop leads and contact them via the phone and face-to-face to market insurance products.

An ideal candidate will be licensed to sell insurance in the state and maintain. You will have the ability to use a computer to conduct sales presentations and have great customer service skills to assist in developing and growing a client base.

Responsibilities for Flex Agent:

  • Ability to network and develop leads
  • Use lead lists to establish contact and schedule appointments
  • Meet with prospective clients
  • Must conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting and through social media efforts
  • Conduct sales presentation with the intent of selling an insurance product
  • Solicit referrals from clients
